About the game

Disney's first-ever original game bravely leaves behind the likes of Mickey Mouse and Captain Jack Sparrow to explore the unfamiliar territory of Pokemon-style creature battling and Japanese anime.

Players guide a cocky young space cadet who discovers he is the only one who can command legendary creatures, Spectrobes, the only creatures capable of combating an alien menace devouring entire planets.

Unfortunately, Spectrobes are only found in fossils deep underground, and must be excavated, awakened and evolved before they can battle.

The scavenger hunt is novel, with players required to comb planets until a helpful critter squeals that something precious is nearby.

Layers of rock must then be chipped away using the touch-screen, before carefully using drills and chemicals to remote the treasure without shattering it.

Extracting a rare item can be tense and thrilling. Depth is added by the incubator system, which lets you improve the skills of chosen Spectrobes by feeding them excavated minerals.

You can also create stronger teams by penning critters together to bond.
