I have for your viewing this beautiful bonze brass finish money - moon turtle - tortoise, on a mound of coins with her baby on her back. this comes beautifully gift boxed. The Turtle is regarded as one of the four spiritual animals in China, together with the Phoenix, Dragon and Tiger. The shell of the turtle is believed to have markings of heaven and earth upon it. In Chinese mythology the Turtle was said to have risen from the deep with the markings of the eight trigrams on its back. These are used in the I Ching and the Bagwa. The Turtle also symbolises prosperity, abundance, strength, & endurance this turtle has been blessed. The turtle stands approximately 7 cm high and the base being approximatley 8cm x 6cm.. it holds a small I ching coin which is known for wealth with a red crystal bicone on it. be sure to check out my other feng shui items !
